Six men are included in this set. One has shimmied up a utility pole, reaching back as if waiting to be handed tools. A man stands by with a cable or rope in his hand. Two men pick up trash, one with a can on his back, and the other is opening up another can. One man is kneeling down, talking and showing something to another in a manhole.
